Return on Wheels and Tire Packaging Instructions
- Before returning wheels, please call customer service at (800)-928-4961 for a Return Authorization Number.
- Please be sure to package your return for shipping as shown in the illustration below. Use the guidelines below to ensure safe delivery.
- Do not return any lugnuts/bolts in a box containing a wheel. boltslugnuts or any other accessories must be returned in a separate box.
- If center caps are on wheels, secure with TAPE. A loose cap can irreparably damage a wheel’s finish during shipping.
- Place foam sheet over face of wheel to protect wheel from cardboard chafing.
- Place FOAM SHEETS on the face of wheels and layer all CARDBOARD ROUNDS as illustrated above. Wrap them tightly with TAPE a minimum of 6 times. Crisscross tape in a similar way to original banding material.
- Attach clearly addressed shipping label(s) and/or UPS call tag(s) to each individual package.
- Write RMA# next to aforesaid label and/or UPS call tag on EVERY package.
